As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Assistant, I helped drive a 566% increase in new client outreach by supporting the execution of strategic, multi-platform campaigns tailored to each client’s goals and brand voice. I created and managed high-performing content including Reels, TikToks, static posts and branded copyfor both client accounts and the agency’s social channels, resulting in a 195% increase in Google traffic. By closely analyzing performance metrics using tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics and Google Analytics, I identified trends and implemented optimizations that improved overall engagement and reach. Collaborating with designers, account managers and creative leads, I played a key role in planning and executing content calendars and influencer activations that strengthened campaign performance and ensured brand consistency.
